A fully renovated premium residence for four female students in Pallouriotissa, a short walk from Frederick University. Your own room with its own key, your own en-suite bathroom, brand-new furniture — and the bills already inside the rent.
Rooms are rented individually and priced by size, from €450 to €520 a month with bills included. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom, its own desk and its own door lock.
Zappeiou NEST was created with one simple idea: student accommodation should feel like home.
Instead of simply renting a room, we wanted to create a comfortable, modern and welcoming place where students can study, relax, make friends and feel at home while living in Nicosia.
Only four students live at the NEST, so rooms fill up early each academic year. Tell us what you need and we'll reply personally.
